Bream Bay Fun Run and Walk 2011 – Sunday November 6th

With only 4 weeks to go until the Bream Bay fun run and walk. You still have plenty of time to get your entry forms in for the 10km and 5km option. This run/ walk takes in the beautiful Bream Bay coastline with a good percentage of the route taking place on the beach. Well done if you have already been training for this event,  but don’t panic if you haven’t as the Bream Bay Fun Run and Walk is the perfect opportunity for everyone in your family to get out together and walk or run your way to a fitter and healthier you.  

Ideally this far out you need to be aiming for 2 x 6km walks and runs in your week and 1 x 8km walk or run for the 10km distance and half that distance if your training for the 5km distance.

There are plenty of amazing spot prizes, so get your work colleagues, friends and family together for a morning of fun and fitness in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 6 years. I qualified as a Personal Trainer through AUT in 2006 and haven't looked back. Health and fitness is my passion and I feel privileged to be doing something I enjoy so much.
