Hi sharon, I love nuts too and find them good snack food to sustain me through the day – they keep me gong and I know they are better for me than sugar – mind you almonds covered in chocolate…..
Love my seeds on my oatbran in the morning and also snacking on walnuts later in the day to stave off the sugar cravings. Still waiting for the weight loss!!
