Group Classes

Our group classes include Pump It, Tone and Sculpt, Body Start and Spinning (a class on a stationery bike).

Pump It
A resistance training programme using barbells. Ideal for fat burning, increasing metabolic rate, muscle toning, shaping and improving fitness. All done to awesome sounds. Each track is designed to target different muscle groups, so you can get a complete body workout.

Tone & Sculpt
Work to tighten all those “wobbly bits”. This class has a great mixture of cardio and strength. There is plenty of variety with some blocks of circuit style training and some blocks of choreographed tracks. Keep the intensity high or take the modified options.

Body Start
A fun circuit, which is great for all fitness levels. We try to start with a 20 min walk (weather dependant) and then return to some great strength and core building exercises. This is ideal for all fitness levels, so come and have some fun.

Spinning
A fantastic “ride” . Here we bring the road ride inside by using stationary bikes. The instructor provides the course while you control the resistance, which means you always work to you. Always fun and always challenging this is a great class. Regardless if you are trying to build up general fitness or if you are training for Taupo.
