Being fit and healthy doesn’t just come from exercising
Things like nutrition, stress management, hydration, recovery and having good body balance are all essential to having both a healthy mind and healthy body. But don’t feel overwhelmed at having to get them all right at once. Try taking a step back to ask yourself “what of the following do I need to work on most?” and “what would it mean to my life if I could make that change?” We all have things we could work on but like any goal it has to be achievable, so decide today what change you could make to become a fitter, healthier stronger you.
Remember small changes today become successes for tomorrow.
