    A fun one hour class using barbells for fat burning, muscle toning and improved fitness.

  • Tone and SculptTone and Sculpt

    Time: 6:00 pm

    One hour class working to tighten and tone all those “wobbly bits”
    at 6:00 pm
  • Spinning ClassSpinning Class

    Time: 7:15 pm

    One hour cycling class using spin bikes. “A fantastic ride”.
