Parking your car 10 mins away and waking that little bit more each day, having a trim coffee instead of a full fat mocha, planning your weekly meals, adding extra leafy vegetables and salad to your week, waking up and taking 5 mins for yourself to think positively about all of the great things you have to give yourself and the people around you.
These are small things but I can promise you with every small positive change will bring that bigger long term result.
Like any big goal the key is breaking it down into small steps and celebrating the successes along the way.
